Weekly blog 4/30/15

This week my class learned about things that alternative energy can do. My class also made can holders and we did it with 1 piece of cardboard, duck tape, and other things.

This week I learned that alternative energy includes solar, nucular, wind, fuel cells, hydroelectric, geothermal, and biomass power. We can use different kinds of energy to power different things like cars, television, dish washer, and other things you would use. We are doing a project about different kinds of powered things. My group is doing fuel cells and fuel cells can give anything energy as long as its electrical. The questions I am doing are how it is stored and how it is used today.

Weekly blog 4/17/15

What surprised me this week was that we were reviewing life science. This surprised me because I thought we already did life science. I was listening to the teacher when I was surprised and what I learned from this surprise is that we will be reviewing things we did the past because we will be studying for the CST test.

Weekly blog 4/3/15

What surprised me this week is that we were going to levi stadium and I was looking at the permission slips. I was surprised that we were going to levi stadium because it doesn't seemed to be science based. This was different than I expected because usually I'm surprised by a science based project we work on. What I learned from this surprised is that we have some things that are science based or non science based.
